This is a Whatsapp group for research and conversation on the kind of MAT (Multi-Academy Trusts) that concerned carers / parents / pupils may want foreknowledge of which the Sheffield City Council, Local Authority, Regional Director, School Governors may or may not be considering.
School ethos, SEND (Special education needs), Curriculum, Identity, Uniform policy, Autonomy, Staffing and other issues may all become subject to change under a MAT. This has led some parent/carers to start researching our options with regards to what types of MAT are out there, and what level of influence parent/carers can have.
