Sub-Groups to join about KES—The Future

Here’s a list of groups to join for news of support / action / campaigning / letter writing and meeting opportunities, plus links to a WhatsApp community and social media and any Google docs.

Several WhatsApp groups have been created to allow parents to have as much or as little involvement as they want. These have been set up in a WhatsApp Community and groups structure.

1. KES – The Future – this is the main announcement group, where only the admins can post. Join this at the very least so you can hear about meetings etc.
2. KES—The Future Parents&co – this is the open chat group for parents and carers
3. KES: The Future & SEND (join this if you have a particular interest in Special Educational Needs)
4. KES write2 DfE Regional Dir (a group drafting a letter to the Department for Education’s regional director, who is called Carolan Goggin)
5. KES: Future Possible legal campaign. Please join if you would like to contribute to this work or have a particular interest in this approach.
6. KES: Future MATs research (MATs = Multi-Academy Trusts). Please join if you have a particular interest or would like to contribute to this approach.
7. KES—The Future Comms (A communications strategy group, please join this if you would like to help with communications)
