This is a group for parents who would like to explore legal challenge to Ofsted and against forced academisation as a solution – all welcome! If you have experience in legal or challenging decisions, please do join this group, all help appreciated.
This group does not in any way seek to minimise or sweep away valid safeguarding concerns raised by parents, only to challenge the validity and/or outcome of Ofsted’s report and the forced academisation; we believe there are other ways to tackle these problems.
